WISEST SON EVER!!!

A Story worth Sharing
As I sat working yesterday, my 12 year old son Micky walked to me and said Daddy I want to tell you something that will make you relax. My eyes went dim.
He asked, when you fly in an aircraft do you know the pilot?  What a question!. I answered in the negative. Then he followed but you are usually relaxed? I said yes.
He then asked, when you ride in a train do you see and know the driver? I said no. He then followed again but you are usually relaxed? I said yes.
He queried me again, when you ride in a bus do you know the driver? I said no. Then he followed but you relax in the bus and I answered yes.
At this point he said so why do you entrust your life to humans and relax knowing they will take you to your destination and yet do not trust and relax when you know God is in control?. I blinked!
He concluded Daddy step out of your fear and relax God the most experienced pilot and driver of your life is in control! Indeed He is in control!!

THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE HUMAN BODY

A Story Worth Sharing

My mother used to ask me what the most important part of the body is. Through the years I would take a guess at what I thought was the correct Answer.
When I was younger, I thought sound was very important to us as humans, so I said, “My ears, Mommy.”
She said, “No. Many people are deaf. But you keep thinking about it

and I will ask you again soon.”
Several years passed before she asked me again. Since making my first attempt, I had contemplated the correct answer.
So this time I told her, “Mommy, sight is very important to everybody, so it must be our eyes.”
She looked at me and told me, “You are learning fast, but the answer is not correct because

there are many people who are blind.”
Stumped again, I continued my quest for knowledge and over the years, Mother asked me a couple more times and always her answer was, “No. But you are getting smarter every year, my child.”
Then one year, my father died. Everybody was hurt. Everybody was crying.
My Mom looked at me when it was our turn to say our final good-bye to my father. She asked me, “Do you know the most important body part yet, my dear?”
I was shocked when she asked me this now. I always thought this was a game between her and me.

She saw the confusion on my face and told me, “This question is very important. It shows that you have really lived in your life. For every body part you gave me in the past, I have told you were wrong and

I have given you an example why.
But today is the day you need to learn this important lesson.”
She looked down at me and threw her head to my shoulder and hugged me. I saw her eyes well up with tears. She said, “My dear, the most important body part is your shoulder.”
I asked, “Is it because it holds up my head?”
She replied, “No, it is because it can hold the head of a friend or a loved one when they cry. Everybody needs a shoulder to cry on sometime in life, my dear. I only hope that you have enough love and friends that you will always have a shoulder to cry on when you need it.”
Then and there I knew the most important body part is not a selfish one. It is made for others and not for yourself. It is sympathetic to the pain of others.
People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did.

But people will NEVER forget how you made them feel.

Good Day 4 God Dey.

#BGIM-Bless God It’s Monday: ARE SERIOUS WITH YOUR WORK?

#BGIM Bless God It’s Monday
After all our prayers to God over the weekend in church, it’s time for us to see the manifestation of these blessings this week, starting today.
#BGIM- HOW SERIOUS DO YOU TAKE YOUR WORK?
The Bible attests about the SERIOUSNESS of s man’s work in the Book of Proverbs chapter 22 verse 29 that _”See thou a man diligent in his work. He shall not stand before mean men but before great men_”. The Bible is informing us that the allotted portion of SERIOUS people is not just before anyone but before great men such as kings.
Are you serious with your work?

Do you work because your boss is watching?

Are you working so that you wouldn’t be sacked?
If your answer is YES to one or all of these questions, I am sad to inform you that you are not DILIGENT/SERIOUS with your work, and your allotted portion however hard you pray to God at church is with LOWLY MEN. So sad!!!
It’s about time some of us begin to take our various works serious. If we don’t we would stay down there forever and God promises would never come to pass.
It’s time we become punctual at work. It’s time for us to be more prudent in the use and management of resources put in our care, be it in cash or in kind. It’s time we give out our best at work whether we are paid well or not.

It’s time we understand that it is not the work we do that makes us great but HOW WE DO IT.
For the life of the Great men of Today always tells of a seriousness or diligence in their work long ago before they came to prominence.

#BGIM on a Thursday- THE CALL TO DIVERSIFY

#BGIM Bless God It’s Monday

I believe after you waited in God’s presence this past weekend at church, you surely are looking forward to His blessings this week. That’s why we are glad today is Monday.

#BGIM- THE CALL TO DIVERSIFY

Diversifying your business is crucial as your business grows. You can’t keep all the growth of your business still restricted to the initial plan of the business. The impact of diversifying one’s business cannot be overemphasized here.

It’s true that due to your diligent attitude to work and that of your workers, your business is growing exponentially. But it would grow till a point where the maximum growth RATE would be achieved, hence, the need to Diversify or Spread your Business so that you can profit from other businesses. All big/ great businesses begin to diversify as it grows and the reason is explained by the proverbial saying…

_”Do not put all your eggs into one basket”_

The whole world is seeing the impact of the slump of the Oil Price on oil-dependent economies like Saudi Arabia and Nigeria. Mostly because their diversification has been quite limited so far.

That’s why I salute the Ghanaian magnate, Mr. Kwame Despite of Despite Group of Companies. From the little video cassette selling business which grew into the establishment of arguably Ghana’s most listened to radio station, Peace 104.3 Fm, this business-minded CEO hasn’t kept the growth just there. Even with radio stations, he spread the basket to have Hello Fm, Okay Fm and Neat Fm. His Tv station, United Television along with Atona Foods including This Way Chocolate Drink, Special Ice, Neat Foods like Neat Fufu and the like all testify to the diversification power of Mr. Despite and other Ghanaian magnates of whom time and space won’t allow me to talk of their story.

So if your business is growing and you are enjoying great success there, it’s a call to diversify because you don’t know when tragedy might strike that sector of the economy whilst you also don’t how profitable it would be when you venture into that other field after careful planning.
