After all your prayers to God at church ⛪ during the weekend, it is important you pay your workers and actually pay them well to activate God’s blessings upon your life.
The Bible says in 1 Timothy 5:18 that “a worker deserves his wages“. As you seek God to bless the fruit of your labour, it is imperative you pay your workers however small the money 💵 might be and make it a point not to delay in the payment.
James 5:4 interestingly reads “Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty.”
If you fail to pay your workers, not only does it affect their attitude but it ultimately reaches the GOD YOU SERVE AS EVIDENCE AGAINST YOU. And God is always JUST.
One thing I picked up from my dad is anytime anybody came to do something at home 🏠, however small it is whether electrical, gas, plumbing, carpentry etc, the money was readily available to pay the person as soon as he finished. And if he wouldn’t be around when the person comes, either he leaves the money 💵 with us, the children before going out or makes sure the person gets the money 💵 when he returns to find the job done.
Can you do so? Or do you do so with your workers? I believe we all have to make sure our workers are paid and paid promptly not only to boost their morale and output but TO SECURE 🔐 OUR BLESSINGS FROM THE GOD WE SERVE.
