#BGIM Bless God It’s Monday

We thank for the weekend, which was a break from work so that we could relax and be refreshed physically, emotionally and spiritually. Monday is back again and it’s time to kick-start the manifestation of all the blessings received at church over the weekend.

You go to a place of service and you’re treated poorly, later, when they are notified of your identity, they respond “I’M SORRY, I DIDN’T KNOW IT WAS YOU”. How does that feel like?

A very telling personal experience I had was this, I went to buy Recharge Card and the person hadn’t set up her Umbrella as by 10am and I tried knocking on their main gate, for which she responded at a point. So I waited patiently for close to 5 minutes and she never came, so I humbly and majestically walked to…

You might not know how significant your work is, but I tell you for a fact that the Day you don’t go to work, you would then see that everybody, I mean EVERYBODY both rich & poor; educated & uneducated; honourable men & common men; foreigners & indigenes etc VALUE YOUR WORK, however SMALL IT MAY SEEM TO BE.

A recent incident happened this month where a BARBER didn’t Report to work for just 3 days (for which we don’t know where he went to), and the TROUBLE his boss had to go through during that SHORT PERIOD, he became FRUSTRATED to the Point that on the 4th Day, he had to go and bring in a New Barber to keep his Shop Running.

Luckily for the original barber, he returned that day cos he nearly lost his…

#BGIM Bless God It’s Monday

Special Founder’s Day Edition

Your work is your CALLING. Have you ever treated your WORK as such? Then I think we all need to have a Second Look at the various works of our hands.

Our Lord and Master, Jesus reminds us of two things in John 15.

Verse 16 reads “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit —fruit that will last —and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.”

Verse 5 reads “…., apart from me you can do nothing”

God’s first and permanent assignment to man talks about Fruitiness in our WORK.

Genesis 1:28 reads “God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds…

#BGIM Bless God It’s Monday LAUNCHING

Most of us would rather prefer Friday, hence #TGIF (Thank God It’s Friday). We thank God for Friday because we can now rest from our work in the week, just like God did during Creation, to refill our tanks, reserves and rejuvenate our being for the next week ahead.

But surprisingly, we are not excited on Monday as we were on Friday. I believe this is so because we don’t know how BLESSED Monday is. The Bible on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS SAYS, I mean SAYS (not even to talk of TEACH) that God Blesses the WORK of Our Hands. Even the Devil testified of this TRUTH in Job 1:10.

After all our prayers, praises, worship, thanksgiving and listening to His Word on Sunday, now God needs an AVENUE to Manifest all the Blessings we sought when we went before Him. And that avenue, my brother, my…

For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generation.
(Psalms 100:4-5)

Has the LORD not been GOOD to us this year?
Has He not been at His USUAL FAITHFULNESS to us once again?

His Love indeed He has continued to pour unto us and therefore we wouldn’t WAIT till End of December before we PRAISE and THANK Him.

Psalm 34:8 says that “…taste and see that the Lord is good”
Which of us can say that the LORD has not been GOOD to him/her?

If no one, then is there not a CAUSE for us to join together in GRATITUDE as we sing…

Song :

All I have to say is THANK YOU Lord
Thank You, Thank You
All I have to say is THANK YOU Lord”

Hope we can all SING the Song?

#BGIM Bless God It’s Monday

It’s Monday again. Yes, it’s Monday again oo. But Good news is that though it’s TIME to work again, it is actually the BEST TIME to start seeing the Blessings of God MANIFEST in our lives THROUGH the Work of our Hands.

I start by this quote by @WRITE_S ©

“You Might not be the BEST at what you do but make sure you ALWAYS Give out the BEST of what you CAN DO”

This is because I have always maintained that “GREATNESS is not about being in a Big or High Position but rather SEEN in the WAY you Do things”. Everyone might SWEEP the house but when it gets to your turn on the ROSTER, everyone should take NOTICE that indeed someone special has SWEPT the house today.

Everybody might do it anyhow or do it the way it is EXPECTED but I say when it gets to your turn DO IT SO WELL that you yourself would be PROUD of the work you’ve done.

The most important thing to you in that task should be that you’d be HAPPY and GLAD because you did the task and DID IT WELL.

For Proverbs 22:29 tells us that

“Seest thou a man DILIGENT in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.”(KJV)

“Do you see someone SKILLED in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank.”-NIV

As you do that work/ task DILIGENTLY and SKILLFULLY, NOT looking  for the APPLAUSE of men, but rather the JOY and Fulfillment of a JOB Well Done, you’re UNKNOWINGLY opening Great DOORS and OPPORTUNITIES for yourself because whatever you’re doing people are watching you whether good or bad. And like Joseph in Potiphar’s House, people would definitely take notice of you and in the FULLNESS of Time, you would FIND your Rightful Place in Pharaoh’s PALACE.

For if it must Done, it must be done WELL.

It’s Monday again. And that means back to business as usual. Remember that it kickoffs the Manifestation of God’s Blessings through the WORK of our Hands.IMG-20151109-WA0002

Most often than not, people think that because they are blessed by the Lord, they can live their lives anyhow because the BLESSING is always there. I believe the story of SAMSON would always be a CONSTANT Reminder that the Blessing, Grace or Anointing ISN’T Always there.

A look at a verse from the Book of Wisdom should tell us something.

(Proverbs 18:9) One who is slack in his work is brother to one who destroys.

Eeeeiii. BROTHER to one who Destroys???

YES oo!!!

That’s how the Bible surprisingly compares us to, if you have been LACKADAISICAL or SLOTHFUL in any work you do. So you might think that your God is blessing you but UNKNOWINGLY you’re Destroying the Same thing God is blessing.

So you ask, How have I been SLOTHFUL? ANYTIME you know there’s work to be done and as the Akan language puts it ‘wo twetw3n wo nan ase’ translated as DRAGGING your FEET . Somebody would say ‘you aa you won’t do it, you too aaa you won’t allow someone to do it’. And Physics would say that “Work done is ZERO(0), Efficiency almost 0%”

You might say “I would do it eventually” but you forget that the Time you delayed in doing it is MONEY and you Would have CAUSED the Other Person DEPENDENT on the output of that Task A LOT you just can’t Imagine.

I hope we don’t want to be compared to a DESTROYER again, so we would Strive to be DILIGENT in All our ENDEAVORS and I believe the Blessing of the Living God would ABOUND in our lives UNABATED.

Have a Blessed Week.

I believe we all had a Refreshing and Rejuvenating Weekend for which we are now prepared to enter the last stretch of this year. Already, it’s November, I pray that the Good LORD keeps us all safe and sound as we plan to CROSSOVER to Next Year.

I have always said and maintained that until we RESPECT and VALUE the work of Everyone in this nation/society, we CAN’T have the Desired Exponential Growth and Development we seek as a Nation. Do you think if we all sat/worked in OFFICES, where would we get foodstuffs to buy when we want to prepare food for ourselves and family? If we were all on TV or Radio, who would do the Listening? If all parents worked the normal 8 hours daily, who would have time to Nurture our dear children? If we all went to SLEEP at Night, who and who would Stay Awake to keep watch over our companies, homes and communities? If everybody became a Lawyer, a Banker, a Doctor, a Pastor and the like, who would TEACH your children in School?

Do you see what I trying to talk about? There’s a PLACE for everyone in this world, it might not be BIG or Well-Esteemed but indeed he/she has a SIGNIFICANT ROLE to play to keep the Society moving.

A PUZZLE can’t be complete without a Missing Piece. Every piece is important to SOLVE the Puzzle.

Have you ever seen a situation whereby a CEO, Managing Director or Head Pastor has to make a Huge Presentation and the AUDIOVISUAL is not working: the Projector, Sound System and the like is JUST Not FUNCTIONING well, that is when you would see everybody looking for the Sound Men, who most of the time are Not Noticed at any institution? I don’t want you to go through any situation of this kind before you would say the ‘REGRETTERS’ Speech: “Had I Known?

I SALUTE Potiphar really well. He didn’t mind that Joseph was a SLAVE such that when he realized the Potential in him along with his Work Ethic, he ENTRUSTED his Entire Estate into his care just as the Prison Warden. And i hope we all know what that decision brought to the Establishment of these Noble men?

Let me remind you of this Quote by @WRITE_S ©

There is an IOTA of GREATNESS in Everyone. All that is left is for that Greatness to be HARNESSED

So the end of the matter is this, whatever Work/Role you play whether Big or Small, Do it with all DILIGENCE for YOU ARE the Missing Piece society needs to make it. Don’t forget, the stone the builders rejected became the Chief Cornerstone.
